PHENOMENAL & EXQUISITE GUITAR!!!

I saw this guitar on a demo of one of my favorite guitarists of all time, Tomo Fujita & wanted it from the moment he starting playing it. Later on, I received the guitar as a birthday present (BEST WIFE EVER) & my Ava Mahogany Live has been my performance acoustic guitar since then!

Thanks for your review! Enjoy the Ava Mahogany Live and welcome to the Orangewood family!

Kinda happy

Sounds good, but I had to put lighter strings on it because the strings sent with it felt so tight it hurt my hands after a bit. Now I wish I has gotten the nylon string.

We have a 30-day return policy. Please feel free to email us at hello@orangewoodguitars.com for assistance.

Awesome

Loved everything about it. I am not a big fan of the strings. That is my personal preference. Also customer service was great. Thanks

Mahogany guitar that checks all the boxes

Guitar quality, fit and finish, setup and sound are way above expectations. I could not be happier and pleased. I have owned Martin, Taylor and Larrivee acoustics. The Ava is everything I wanted in a solid wood mahogany guitar. Stands head to head against the competitive models offered by the bigger manufacturers. I think the Ava sounds better, plays better and looks better. Coming with a hard shell case and was in tune out of the case. Thank you Orangewood for making this guitar and your dedication to first time guitar players.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you are enjoying your Ava Mahogany Live. Welcome to the Orangewood family!

I hate to put it down

Plays like a dream right out of the box. Sounds great. Amazing value.

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
