We hope you love our guitars as much as we do. But if it’s not the right fit, you can return your non-personalized instrument within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
We don’t offer exchanges at this time, but you’re welcome to return or cancel your order for a refund and place a new one when you’re ready.
STEP 1
Start a return using our Returns Portal.

STEP 2
Once you’ve submitted the returns form, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
Pack your instrument in its gig bag and place it in the original Orangewood box. Include the pickguard and truss rod tool inside the gig bag. Print and attach the new shipping label, making sure to remove or cover any old labels.
STEP 3
Place your instrument inside the gig bag and pack it into the original Orangewood shipping box. Make sure to include the pickguard and truss rod adjusting tool inside the gig bag. Download and print the shipping label and affix to the shipping box. Make sure any other shipping labels have been removed or completely covered.
STEP 4
Drop the shipping box at a local FedEx location. To find the drop-off location nearest to you, please use FedEx’s Location Finder. Once your instrument is received at our office, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
