Yes, we got you! All orders ship for free within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping is available at an additional cost upon checkout. Shipping Excludes: US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box.
We’re a small but mighty team working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. After placing an order, your guitar will receive a fresh setup from our guitar techs. It will then take about 3 to 7 business days for you to receive your order. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for certain items. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Once we process your order, we’ll email you the tracking number with order details.
When placing an order, you can choose a Local Pickup option during check out. We’ve partnered with FedEx “Hold at Location” which gives you the flexibility to pick up your guitar within 5 days of delivery. This is a great way to have your guitar safely held for a few days until you’re ready to pick it up.
Note: Upon pick up at FedEx or one of their partner locations, you’ll need a government-issued ID that matches the name on the delivery address. You’ll also be asked to confirm the tracking number sent to you in the order confirmation email.

When placing an order online, select Affirm as your payment method during checkout. You’ll be prompted to create an Affirm account and enter a few personal details. They’ll notify you within seconds if you’ve been approved for a loan. Learn more about Affirm’s application process.

Happy holidays! Orders placed during November and December are eligible for returns until January 31, 2025.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in the original shipping box. We can’t accept a return if a pickguard has been applied to the guitar. We’ll cover the return shipping cost, but any original amount paid for shipping is nonrefundable. A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items marked final sale can’t be returned.

All of our Live models are acoustic-electric guitars, equipped with pickup systems that can be plugged into an amp. We partner with two leading pickup manufacturers, Fishman and LR Baggs, to outfit our Live guitars. To find out which electronics are used on a specific model, visit the product page.
