What's in the Accessory Kit? 
In our Orangewood Accessory Kit, we include picks, a tuner, extra strings, a capo, a strap, and a gig bag. Yes, we know. Unbelievable.
When Will I Get My Guitar?
Our team is working hard to process your orders quickly. It will take about 5-7 days for you to receive your order if you use standard shipping.
Isn't It Expensive to Ship Guitars?
Great news. We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING for all our orders with Fedex Ground Delivery. (U.S. ONLY - *excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)
Guitars Don't Get Damaged During Shipping Process?
Our team has put in the extra effort to ensure that our packaging fully protects our guitar during the shipping process. We are confident that our guitars will get delivered just as we pack them.
If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us at returns@orangewoodguitars.com so we can assist you.
What's the Status of My Order?
Once we process your order, we will email you your tracking number with order details. 
Do You Have International Shipping?
We currently only ship in the United States, but our team is working on expanding our service to other countries as well. Stay tuned!
Can I Find Orangewood Guitars at Retail Store?
As of now, we only carry our guitars on our website.   
Can I Place an Order for Multiple Guitars?
Absolutely. If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 guitars at once, you can email us at hello@orangewoodguitars.com. We do have special offers for large orders. We are happy to help!
