It covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. The warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date.

Orangewood will repair or replace any electronic components, tuners, nuts, saddles, plating, or strap buttons found to be defective after an authorized inspection within one year of purchase. If your guitar has been discontinued and needs to be replaced, we’ll provide a similar model of equal style and value.

Orangewood’s limited one-year warranty does not cover defects due to wear and tear, scratches, anything purchased as “used” or not purchased from Orangewood, failures due to neglect or abuse, failures from exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, failures from modifications by any party, defects in the finish, routine maintenance, defects in frets or on fretboard, damage from shipping, high or low action, tone, or any instrument that is not owned by the original purchaser. Any Orangewood instruments with removed or illegible serial numbers will not be covered by the warranty. If an issue can be resolved with a standard set up, it is not covered by the warranty. See Limitations & Disclaimers for full terms.
