I'm so happy with this thing. I love the way it sounds, the way it plays, the way it looks, heck, it even smells amazing. Couldn't be happier with it. Really an amazing guitar. Every time a take it out and strum a chord I get goosebumps.
I started my acoustic guitar journey on the Orangewood echo and as I progressed in skill I saw the Orangewood sage as the natural next step. The sage came in a beautiful hard shell case, but I will note that one of latches didn't work. Other than that the orange wood sage is a beautiful guitar with a beautiful tone. If you're on the fence about buying it I highly recommend you do, you won't be disappointed.
This guitar is awesome, and I feel that it's built with excellent quality. It sounds very articulate and crisp, yet not tinny or exceedingly high-pitched.. it has a very elegant sound. I am very content!
We recently purchased both of these guitars, but must say that the Morgan is much easier to play at the higher frets. I've reached out to customer care and they had us adjust the truss rod, but still not where it should be. I reached out again so hopefully they will help remedy this! Both of these guitars are beautiful!
This is the third Orangewood guitar I have bought. It is well put together and an attractive instrument, major dislike is the cheap Ernie ball strings that do not have a very good tonal quality. On two other guitars I replaced them with Elixir Poly strings and it made all the difference. Did replace the strings and it did make a difference, however I am still not sure about the tonal quality of the Sage. Maybe I got the bottom of the stack because I used a discount coupon? Anyways there is a lot to like about the sage it is just a question of the tone on this guitar. Oh well I still have a week to return if I so desire.
