I like it

I do like the guitar, however the B string broke as soon as I started to tune it lol, not sure if it was my fault or not but either way not a big deal just unfortunate.

Dana spruce

Build 5, quality materials 4, setup 3, playability 3.
I like my string action low with no buzzes especially on a smaller guitar! Truss rod needed straightened and saddle I replaced with a bone one and shaved it down till I got the string action low enough. I finger pick mostly and will add jjb transducers to make it live. I wanted a small around the house or play out with a small amp. It now plays very well and very comfortable light weight run around guitar! Professional setup, Bah humbug, hahaha.

Great little practice guitar!

I am casually learning guitar and wanted something smaller to be in my living room where I could easily pick it up and practice. The guitar itself sounds great and seems like a good quality instrument for the price point. And it shipped and came really fast! Overall very happy and would recommend to others.

Re: Dana Mini Spruce

The Dana Mini Spruce is one of the most beautiful Guitars I have seen and it sounds as good as it looks. We do need a more thorough playing demo that illustrates the low E, A and D strings of this guitar because I believe that's on the mind of most beginners. The construction and finish is flawless.
Also, mine needs the tuning touched up every day so I might replace the tuners.
All in all, I am enjoying it and am very satisfied and I DO recommend it.

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
