A little disappointed

The guitar arrived in excellent shape and looked amazing. The only complaint is that the action was over 6 mm and unplayable. Even the action at the nut was very high. It was like getting a workout. It was disappointing to see a guitar with action like that high being allowed to leave the factory, especially since it is advertised as they are set up before they leave. But I spoke with Bram at customer service who was very helpful and he is going to send a new one out to me, once the first guitar has been returned. That’s fair. Pretty confident that the next guitar will be set up and playable because I’m really looking forward to owning this guitar. Fingers crossed. Oh it was aggravating that there was no phone number to actually speak with someone instead of the incredible lag time with email. Just my two cents as a customer.
Looking forward to the new Guitar thank you

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
