Came with some issues

The guitar does play nicely but wished they got things right the first time. The first time I bought the Mason it came with a lifted fretboard near the sound hole (It looks like an adhesive problem). The gig bag were also missing a few accessories (pickguard and truss rod wrench). I contacted customer support and they were nice about it and I got mine replaced. The second time the guitar came in better shape but there was one problem that I didn’t really bother contacting them about. 2 of the fret ends on the 7th and 8th seem to be a little rough and weren’t completely pushed down. I could see the glue residue besides the frets and I can tell they probably attempted to glue it down better which I appreciate. No fretbuzz though fortunately so I just let things be and it plays nicely.

Well made, full sound. Much better quality than expected. Easy to play. Very easy on the eyes, too!

Came in solid condition with some issues

It came setup well and ready to go but the action was not preferable, in the higher frets it was high so I believe the neck needs adjusted. Overall pleased with the guitar

Amazing Quality

The sound is very bright and punchy and the bass is full and well rounded, I consider myself hard to please when it comes to acoustic guitar sound and I have to say that this guitar is basically competing with many guitars that are way out of its price range. I've been fortunate enough to have played a Gibson J45 a Martin D28 and I have to say this guitar has nothing to ask those in terms of sound. The set up is clean and almost perfect with the only caveat being that at the beginning the lasts frets on the fingerboard play off notes but that seems to be resolved with time as I could only really notice it during the first 2 days I received it. Overall I am very pleased with this guitar and I can tell it's tonal potential is there and this one is honestly a keeper, I can tell it will age well.

Thanks for you review! We're thrilled to hear that you are pleased with your purchase!

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
