My wife ordered this guitar for me for our anniversary, and I love the look, and I love the way it plays. I am not a big guy, and it fits me very well, and I have been playing for better than 15 years and it is a good travel guitar as well. The first one I received there was a lot of fret buzz on the 4th fret, and I spent a week working with them to try and resolve the issue and I want to include that they were very helpful and tried very hard to help me resolve the issue and their customer service was great. But, I finally sent it back and got another one. I have been playing the new one for a while but recently discovered some of the same issues with the 4th fret. I appears that the 5th fret is higher than the 4th which is causing the issues. I am not going to return it, but I am going to have to pay somebody to fix an issue that never should have been a problem in the first place with a full set up on the guitar.
