Decent Beginner Guitar [MUST READ]

I've only been playing guitar for one year, and this is the only guitar I have currently. In the year of playing this guitar, here's what I have to say: It is absolutely a bang for its buck for only costing $145. The tone of the guitar is slightly more deeper and mellow than other guitars (see the videos), probably because of its wood composition. In my opinion the guitar sounds best in phosphor bronze strings which you do have to change the strings. It's an excellent guitar for getting started learning the guitar because of its affordable price, good sound, and higher action. However the high-ish action is sort of annoying once you've gotten the basics down. It's good for beginners who are training their fingers for barre chords, or in general how to grip chords and such.
HOWEVER, if you have more money to spend than $145, I heavily advise buying a more expensive guitar within the $200-$500+ range. And preferably at a guitar shop. When I first got into guitar, I was afraid my parents would say no because of the price points of guitars. So I decided to purchase the Rey Mahogany (which was a great choice). However, if I had known I would get so invested into learning the guitar, I would have gotten something with a lower action and a better versatility. This way I can do things such as hammer-ons, pull-offs, tapping, easier barre chords, etc. Overall, this guitar is 100% worth its price.

Wow.

All of the hype was true, Orangewood is legit. The Rey Mahogany is an absolute steal for the price. I wanted something light for the beach and travel, this is it. Glad i decided against a mini travel guitar, no sacrifices here! Thanks Orangewood!

Good looking, amazing color, sound, detail, and very smooth to play. Just a little action's adjustment. But nothing with effort.
