Nice Surprise

All I can say is you get a lot of guitar for the money. I bought this to keep out in my family room. A pass around guitar that I wouldn't have to worry about. The set up was good and it is extremely resonant for a laminate. It's actually much livelier sounding than my Echo. For the sale price of $121 it's a steal.

5 stars great guitar exceeds experience great company great service flawless built guitar no complaints. Came ready to go , had to tune it. I'm an experienced musician and I would recommend this company to everyone. Can't wait to try more and if you could do electric strat or les paul style guitar I would be really eager to see it!

Unexpected surprise!

I have purchase several orangewood guitars in the past and have been pleased but not overly impressed by each of them. Each guitar has been consistent in terms of feel and playability which is great, however I was a bit underwhelmed with the tone of their higher-end models. I ordered this guitar because I needed a cheap dreadnought to do some alternate tunings with and something I could beat up without worry. This thing is a cannon! It's very responsive and resonates well. It has a very respectable low end and mid range with a great high end. I love the feel of a light acoustic with a satin finish, seems to let the guitar really open up and breathe. Anyway, this is probably the best $130 acoustic you will ever find and I prefer it to their highland collection in terms of sound, and it plays just as well. Love this guitar!

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
