This was purchased for my wife and based on the specs, we thought it might be a thinner neck, but it wasn't thin enough for her. Sound qualify was average and build quality was very good. Sorry, we had to return it.
Mason Nylon Cedar Live
I reached out 2 days ago about adjusting the neck A la Maison nylon. I have not heard anything back. You need a better support system.

I have nothing but good things to say about this purchase. The guitar is very well made and sounds wonderful plugged in or unplugged. It's a bit easier to play than the guitar It's replacing, as it seems like the fingerboard is more in line with a steel string instrument. My friends are very impressed with the looks and sound as well. I'll be in the market for a 12 string next, and it will be another Orangewood as well.
I’ve just bought my guitar about 2-3 weeks ago. I’d have to say I’m a little disappointed so far. My strings don’t stay in tune, and had began oxidizing within 2 days of playing. The guitar is very nice but feels almost low end in quality. First time I’ve been disappointed with a purchase from here.
Hi Steven - we appreciate you taking the time to write an honest review. As the strings on your instrument are brand new, they will likely take a couple weeks to stretch and settle (nylon strings require even more stretching). Something that will help speed up this process, is gently tugging up on each string a few times, then re-tuning the instrument - you can repeat this a few times.
