New Wood, Vintage Tone

Roasting spruce speeds up its natural aging process, delivering a played-in, old-school tone. This torrefaction process removes excess moisture, making the guitar more resistant to overall atmospheric changes—perfect for tonal consistency.

The Golden Age

With retro charm and a contemporary build, the Highland Collection captures a timelessness that never goes out of style. From the Grover open-gear tuners to the herringbone details, every element is crafted with care.

Set Up in Los Angeles

Professionally set up before shipping, your guitar arrives ready to play—with fresh strings and a durable hard case included.

I own several guitars (including an old Gibson and a Martin). I will sometimes say about a guitar, “great sound for the price.” I don’t say that about Orangewood guitars. Instead, it’s “great sound, period.” I own two (I also have a mahogany) and I am stunned by how amazing both that one and the Sage Torrefied Spruce sound. Each with its own unique sound, both incredible instruments. The music nearly explodes out of the spruce. Just wow. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Thank you for being a returning customer! Enjoy your Sages!

My first acoustic guitar, and it’s a really beauty. From the moment I took it out the case I knew it’d be my favorites. Sounds splendid and worth every penny.

Better than I expected

Purchased a Sage TS during the almost perfect sale, it said only one item left. So l took a chance as I have bought two other guitars from Orangewood . I am amazed at the quality of this guitar. It has a dent on the neck that I had to seriously hunt to find. Can’t believe the quality that every guitar l bought has been. I highly recommend this company.
Great customer service as usual .

Thanks for the review, so glad you picked up the last one!

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
