Big or small

I have bought the Oliver and the Oliver Jr. and they both have very good tone. I also bought the Florence and they all worth every penny. God bless and have a nice day!

So good I got one for myself

My son became interested in playing the guitar so after a few weeks of research I landed on Orangewood. I got him the Oliver and I was impressed with the quality , sound, and playability. What an amazing first guitar. And as an experienced guitar player I just had to have one for myself. I really wish Orangewood was around when I started playing because it would have been way lees frustrating at the beginning. It will be my office guitar that I play while I am supposed to be working! Much respect for Orangewood.

Missing pick guard, sad to see Black Friday pricing change after order

My guitar didn’t come with a pick guard as noted on the product page. I also noticed the price on the guitar dropped during the Black Friday sale…I’ve been following for a while and was waiting for Black Friday to buy an Orangewood, but I guess I should’ve waited a couple more days into the Black Friday sale period… guitar needed quite a lot of tuning after, but it is beautiful and I’m glad no other adjustments were needed.

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
