Mason Live

The Mason is my first quality guitar. I had an electric back in the 60's that came from somewhere. Never was able to learn on it. The Mason Live will be the guitar that I will learn how to play on. I am a senior citizen so I will have a lot of time to practice and hopefully reach a decent level of proficiency. Everything just feels right about this guitar.

Made My Dreams Come 95% True!

Ever since I played a $2000 Taylor guitar at the store, I've known what a truly great guitar sounds and feels like. It's my dream guitar. My Mason Live is 95% of my dreams for less than 25% of the price. Previously I bought a low end Taylor thinking that would do the trick. The Mason Live was less than half the cost of the low end Taylor and twice the guitar. It plays great. Arrived set up well. Sounds amazing. It's bright, clear, and woody. Recommended.

Very nice!

The fit and finish was impressive as was the setup. The action and playability was great right out of the box. The sound is great. I am really enjoying the guitar. I would definitely recommend Orangewood.

My first purchased guitar

All my guitars have been given to me - 2 electric, and 2 acoustics. All not very good - especially the acoustics which are just brutal on my fingers. I had been looking for a new acoustic/electric and thought my price range was going to be $700-$1500, and I was ready to pay around that price range. Then I started seeing Orangewood Guitars pop up on YouTube, which very positive reviews. Found the Mason Live and the price point was too good to be true! How bad could it be, right? Made the purchase... and I'm glad I did! Right out of the box, it sounded amazing. Soooooooooo much better on my fingers than my freebie acoustic, and the sound... wow. Even my buddies with much more expensive guitars were genuinely surprised with the sound, the feel, and look of my new Mason Live. I've been playing it since it arrived. I don't see myself stopping any time soon.

Thank you Orangewood Guitars for making a quality guitar at an affordable price.

Mason Live

Super impressed with my new Mason Live. It is much more than I was expecting, finish, tone, sound projection an all around great purchase. Compares equally to my high end acoustics. I had a little problem adjusting the neck as the truss rod seemed to be frozen, but with some delicate maneuvering I was able to free it up without damage. I would recommend Orangewood guitars to anyone looking for a high end guitar at a very affordable price. My purchase was A-1 from the start, great communication with company and follow up by them through the entire process.
