Looks great, plays great

The Rey guitar is well made, came set up perfectly, and plays nicely. The finish is beautiful and factory strings are great quality. It falls out of tune overnight, but may take a bit of wearing in. Can't expect bullet proof tuning machines at this price point. Sounds as good as my $600 Washburn and almost as good as my $1200 Godin. Nice work Orangewood!

Amazing

This should be the required first guitar. It plays better than every guitar I've played that didn't cost over 800 dollars or was set up custom. I would be a better player if this was my first guitar. It looks very good in construction and I like the finish. It definitely sounds better across the whole neck than all other guitars under 600 dollars or professionally set up and it's so much easier to play it takes less effort to sound good. I look forward to getting another guitar of yours in the future and definitely will recommend you to everyone.

Amazing guitar!

Hiya Orangewood! I am beyond satisfied with my new Rey! Sounds & feels fantastic, looks great, even smells great! Seriously loving it & telling everyone that will listen about it. Unbelievably great value. I've spent far more on way less playable instruments. I'll definitely be getting another in the near future. I sincerely hope your awesome company survives the stupid terrifs or whatever trade games are coming. Thank you!

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
