Orangewood wants everyone to be able to browse and shop our store, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our standard, and we test and improve our site against it on an ongoing basis.
What we’ve done
We’ve reviewed and improved our site in these areas:
- Text descriptions for images
- Page headings and structure
- Link and button labels
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus
- Color contrast
- Form labels
We review our storefront for accessibility after major site updates.
We also offer an optional accessibility toolbar, available from the icon on the side of each page, that lets you change how pages are displayed.
Known limitations
Some parts of our site come from third-party providers and may not be fully accessible. These include product reviews and the donation option in the cart. We work with those providers on improvements and continue to test our site with assistive technology. If you run into a problem, contact us and we’ll help you complete your purchase another way.
