When you purchase a new guitar, it needs to be taken into a guitar shop to be properly positioned, tuned, and adjusted to ensure playability. With our professional setup before shipping, you don’t have to worry about this. Just unbox and play—saving you time and money.

Yes, most likely! We're always working to restock our models quickly, but some limited-edition models are a one-time release. On the product page, click 'Notify me' to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

Yes! Every Orangewood guitar includes a complimentary gig bag or hard case with the order.

We use Ernie Ball brand acoustic guitar strings on most of our models. On the product page, see ‘Specs’ to learn more about the specific string gauge used on each guitar.

All applicable duties, taxes, and shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. No additional payments will be required after you place an order. 

We’re a small but mighty team that works to process your orders as quickly as possible. It’ll take about 4 to 7 business days for you to receive your order in Canada.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Once we process your order, we’ll email you the tracking number with order details.

We currently ship within the United States or Canada, and you can find us in India through our retail partners. We’re working hard to expand to more countries soon—stay tuned!

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping cost, but any original amount paid for shipping is nonrefundable. A $45.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in the original shipping box. We can’t accept a return if an optional pickguard has been applied to the guitar. 

Items marked final sale can’t be returned. Additional exclusions and terms apply for certain products as marked. Read our full return policy here. 

We don’t do exchanges, but you can return or cancel your order for a refund, and then place a new order when you’re ready. Read our full return policy here. 

All of our Live models are acoustic-electric guitars, equipped with pickup systems that can be plugged into an amp. We partner with two leading pickup manufacturers, Fishman and LR Baggs, to outfit our Live guitars. To find out which electronics are used on a specific model, visit the product page.
