New Oliver guitar

Oder a right hand and got a left hand guitar, hope to have this resolved, I am sure Orangewood will work hard to fix there problem, but if I was a left hand player this is a Great Guitar!

New Oliver guitar

Very pleased with everything..being shipped cross country in various weather and
sitting in a warehouse in Atlanta for several days it needed some adjustments. There was no truss rod tool but no biggy I have several. Very pleased with the overall sound, playability and quality. My next guitar will be another Orangewood!

Nice basic guitar

My new Oliver guitar with mahogany body and top was what I expected. I had been away from playing guitar for years and now had arthritis in my hands. I was determined to get back into playing. This guitar is great for that. It doesn't have a remarkable sound like my old guitars, but it is easy to play. The sound is a medium rich tone not too deep and not too high. Just what I wanted. I figure I will play it a year and work my way up to something better. For now, this is just right. It was priced right and came ready to play, just had to tune it. I can recommend Orangewood Guitars to anyone.

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
