Inspired by the sound and beauty of vintage guitars, we’ve added a solid Mahogany top and Grover open gear tuners to our Highland Collection for an aged look, woody tone, and a timeless impression.
Take your guitar everywhere with our sturdy hard case. Designed for durability and comfortability, it’s made for the guitarist on the go.
All our Highland Collection models feature an ebony bridge and fingerboard to add balanced bass and a smooth feel that guitarists love.
We use Ernie Ball Earthwood Phosphor Bronze acoustic guitar strings for a warm, distinguished tone with golden clarity.
My new Ava Mahogany is terrific. Easy to adjust the action, feels great, plays easily, excellent tone, resonates and rings from top to bottom. Looks sweet, too! Love the case. I still really love my old Oliver Spruce, now the Ava fills out all my acoustic needs. Happiness is a well tuned Orangewood.
This is a beautiful piece of music art. Very Pleased with everything about the Ava Mahogany from the looks and playability to the sound. So much for so little money.
I am very happy with Ava. Plays beautifully, great sounding guitar. Set up was very good. Love playing this thing. The hard case is very good also. Well worth the money. Thanks Orangewood!
I didn't get to enjoy it as much because as soon as it arrived it came to me damaged so i sent it back. I reordered a Ava Spruce and im hoping when it comes it it wont be damaged as well
I have one other guitar, A breedlove i got it when i started learning how to play Guitar about a year ago. Was seeing a lot of Orangewood stuff pop up round' youtube and whatnot, And thought: "Once i learn barre chords i'll pick one one they look nice" Now that i own one, Im sad that i didnt learn about them before i started playing, Cause as a first guitar if there low end is the same would of been a great play. im giving it 4 stars due to the fact that my guitar seems to have something under the finish, I think its saw dust but at the price i dont believe its that big of a deal. Plays well, Sounds nice, And over all i'm happy. I should also point out the fact that i've not played many other guitars. So i may not know what a "good" guitar is.
