I've never had my own guitar before, and this thing sounds AMAZING, at least to me!
I’ve got a HD-28 and I wanted a guitar that was cheap and wouldn’t phase me if my toddlers damaged it. Despite the price tag, this guitar has failed my primary mission. I had read mixed reviews about people getting duds, so I just have lucked out. I would be very sad if this guitar got damaged. It is set up with low action, no buzz, neck is smooth, sounds great and intonation is spot on. It doesn’t smell delicious like my Martin, but I didn’t expect it to. I got this 20% off too and it has truly blown me away. I’m glad I found this guitar, however it is absolutely not a POS like I originally expected. I can only wonder if their more expensive models compare to higher end guitars of name brands. This thing exceeded my expectations by a landslide. 10/10 would recommend with no reservations!
I was looking to buy a steel string acoustic guitar and was considering a lower end Taylor or Martin. But I remembered seeing a video on YouTube about Orangewood guitars and decided to give it a look. I found the type I was looking for, a Grand Auditorium with pick ups for less than $300. I jumped on it right away. The Taylor and Martin guitars were both over a grand and while I’m sure they are worth it, I didn’t want to spend that much. I’m glad I choose the Morgan Spruce Live instead because it’s given me everything I needed. It looks great, it sounds great and it’s easy to play. I love this guitar! I highly recommend Orangewood guitars.
Bought it start my guitar journey (again). Great quality guitar. Everything feels very nice. Easy to play. Great sound!
Received my Morgan spruce live, box was bent, case was bent, but Morgan was alive and looking good. After just a couple of seconds? It was playing wonderfully and had great tone. I have owned a similar Fender and I sold it, tine was just not there. However the Morgan Spruce Live is a lot of guitar for the price point.
It’s been setting at home waiting on me to play it. I received the guitar and had open heart surgery, surgery went well and I’m typing this from the hospital room.
As soon as I’m able to I plan on trying an Oliver Mahogany. I’ve never played that shape of guitar before. Keep on making quality guitars at this price point and you’ll b in business a long time.
