For improved stability and tone, we’ve added a torrefied solid spruce top to our Melrose Collection. You’ll get a uniquely dynamic tonal range and golden glow of an aged guitar with all the benefits of a modern build.
Take your guitar everywhere with our premium gig bag. The durable padding and comfortable straps provide protection for the guitarist on the go.
All guitars come with an optional pickguard to protect the wood and add a decorative touch. Please keep in mind! Once applied, it can't be removed.
Our Melrose Collection Live models come equipped with an Fishman Flex Plus-T EQ System. The system features a built-in tuner and onboard volume / tone controls.
We use Ernie Ball Earthwood Medium Light acoustic guitar strings to provide a crisp and full-sounding rich tone.
This is my second orangewood guitar, so I can surely say that they make amazing guitars. Torrefied spruce has that deep mellow tone which I really enjoy playing during evenings. Classical look with inlays on ebony board… can’t beat the quality for that price.. worth every penny only if you can grab it;)
I want to commend Orangewood for putting out such a fine guitar at an affordable price. The quality of materials and craft clearly is above this price range. Tones are rich, clear and transparent. Setup is excellent. I know I shall enjoy playing it for many years. Also, the Orangewood customer team is second to none. I received my guitar three business days after ordered with clear shipping status along with email notifications throughout the process. It is refreshing to deal with a company that manufactures quality products with a real emphasis on customer service.
Love this guitar, it has a rich classical sound ... I compared it to my Yamaha , big difference in tone , My Orangewood guitar never gets out of tune , every time I played my Yamaha it needed to be turned.. now my Yamaha became firewood..
This is a great guitar. I bought one for my 15 year old son who is learning to play and he loves it. The action is nice so it's easy for him to fret notes and chords. In addition to that, the electronics seem to be top quality. Orangewood guitars rock!
