Fast shipping, flawless setup, guitar plays great and sounds great. Orangewood fan for life! Thanks for the great work you all are doing!
This guitar is more than I imagined it would be. It just FEELS right!! It just says play me. It has given me inspiration to start writing again!!! Great job you guys. Keep it up. But don't get to big like the other so called brands. Keep it simple. I would recommend your company to anyone! Great job! Mark w. Blease from NH.
I see a lot of reviews saying this is a great guitar for the money. But I think that's selling it short a little bit. It's a great guitar period. Excellent build quality, great tone, easy playability, beautiful instrument. Isn't that everything you look for in a guitar? This was my first Orangewood, but it won't be my last.
Hi, my name is Jim Whitfield. I just purchased a Brooklyn Live Limited Addition Guitar and wanted to give you some feedback on this instrument. I am a retired musician and have played and tried out many guitars in the past. Martin, Guild, Taylor, Zager and a few others. This is by far one of the best I have ever played. Granted it doesn't have the same deep low end sound of some of the pricier guitars but the action is fantastic and the neck is nice and small for those who like to bring their thumb over the low E string and it has a real a nice bright mid tone sound. If someone wants a lower end sound that can be achieved when using it amplified. When comparing it to other guitars in the same price range it is well above them in sound and quality. (no comparison) I normally do not do reviews but after playing this instrument I just had to give this company some feed back. Sincerely Jim Whitfield.
I love the look and feel of the guitar, the craftsmanship is superb, the sound is crisp and defined and people ooh and ahh all over it amazed at the value for the price. The tuner seems a little wanky but it could just be my eyesight so I just use my clip on device. To my ear it sounds a little thin which makes me think perhaps I should have gotten the dreadnought, but the comfort of the style really is what I was looking for and I am going to experiment with different strings. I may just go ahead and order the echo but am really interested int the Hudson but it is always sold out whenever I check. Also, I am not sure what the difference is between the Brooklyn Live and the Limited edition which I got. I am happy with my Orangewood and I really talk it up to people. Tonight I am going to play at a local open mic plugged in so I'm excited about that too! If I can get someone to record it I will post it.
