Well worth the price

My Oliver Cedar developed a problem with the bridge. 6 months after I purchased it, Customer Service made it easy to replace it.
Great price and great service.

Oliver Spruce - nice!

I was in the market to buy a few guitars to provide to a ministry that supports recovering addicts. I will be providing lessons to these guys, and I wanted to get quality guitars that are easy to play, but we have limited resources, so they needed to be affordable. Heard about Orangewood, and bought the Oliver Spruce to evaluate whether all the reviews were legit. Overall - VERY impressed with what you get in these guitars. Delivery was quick - I'm in Ohio, with the free shipping, I ordered it, and it arrived in 6 calendar days from the west coast. Got one of the discount codes, so brought the price down another 10%. Nice gigbag, and got the accessory pack - which is about $40-50 worth of stuff for $20 (again, -10%) - just do it. Guitar was setup nicely, low action, easy to play. The Oliver Spruce is a nice guitar - I would compare it to something you would get from brands M or T for 2.5 times as much - I had the cheap satin finish 000 from brand M, and I think I like this better - the M has a weirdly laminated neck and gets 'neck dive' if you're standing with a strap - the neck is so heavy. The Oliver's neck finish even disguises the three-piece neck better than my pricey T 800 series. I just bought a Morgan Mahogany Live based on liking the Oliver, and impressed with that too - again, 2-3 times less than the big names, for similar quality and playability/sound. Thanks Orangewood! Keep up the good work.

Very Nice

Just received the Oliver Spruce. I am a relatively new player and these initial observations. Communication from Orangewood was first rate every step of the way from order to delivery. Guitar looks flawless and has a good sound out of the box. This guitar is gorgeous and build quality looks really well done. The guitar did need a tuning but that is expected traveling across country and environment changes. The action is perfect for me and this guitar plays easily. No buzzing while playing had to retune the B string during the day but seems like a really good purchase. I would certainly recommend this guitar and company to anyone interested in purchasing a guitar whether experienced or brand new. I am very impressed with Orangewood and will buy more from them in the future.

Oliver spruce

I got this guitar today, and let me tell you, it’s a great guitar. Feels soo much better than my old one. It has an amazing sound to it. Although it is cheap, I would 100% recommend you to cop one of these if you are a beginner!!
