Oops!

I don’t really want to rate it just yet because I haven’t been able to really play the guitar itself. I have done nothing but adjust the truss rod and tune it since I got it! Here’s the deal- I already own 3 of your other guitars a Dana mini, an Oliver jr mahogany live, & a 12-string and all of them came setup flawlessly- I didn’t have to do anything but a little tuning and I love them and enjoy playing them! But I can’t seem to keep this Brooklyn in tune for more than one or two songs. The tuning pegs don’t turn smoothly or fluidly they catch and when I’m able to finally move it it’s gone too far! And the action was so incredibly high that I could hardly fret it. It didn’t come with an Allen wrench and the one that was sent after the fact didn’t even fit the guitar. I just wish I was having the same kind of experience that I did when purchasing the other guitars.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues! If you can please email us at hello@orangewoodguitars.com, we will be happy to assist you.

Fabulous Guitar

I purchased this guitar along with a Sage during the "Almost Perfect" sale. This is a great guitar for anyone who already plays music or those wanting to learn. I compared it to a Taylor GSmini and prefer it over the GSmini. So many more features than the GSmini such as gold hardware, "wings" fret markers, UV gloss finish, a better pickup system, and white binding front and back , including down the center of the back, and along the neck. After some setup work it played wonderful with a sound betraying for it's size. The only thing I would say needs improving is the gig bag could be better. Still a great guitar for the price!

Amazing!!!!!!!!

I got this as a gift from my grandparents and aunt as a present. I am a kid who loves guitars and uses her dads Taylor and I have a Martin. I decided to get this from a bunch of amazing reviews I found I watched a bunch of unboxings and reviews and I really like it. I still enjoy it to this day and play it a ton, it does almost everything a guitar should do besides the string rattle which is normal for a mini but does happen on these other guitars but different strings may work. It is set up perfectly and I needed to tune it then I could play. I love that it comes with a big bag even though I put it on a stand for display although for travel it is nice. Mine happens to not be too thick so I probably won’t travel with it, I would use a different bag. I may not even travel with it for risk of breaking.
If you are thinking of a mini and this is your price range I highly recommend, if your price range is lower I recommend dana mini because my aunt whom I’m teaching guitar has that guitar from orange wood guitars and it sounds really nice. To me they sound a little different probably because of size (this is a bit bigger) and the gloss on this. I love the satin neck I didn’t think I liked those kind of things where part is gloss part satin but I really do like it. It even has instructions and an Allen wrench fir adjustment and everything you need to get started (almost; not polish)

Buy it when you can!!

Buy it as soon as you can!!

Great Starter Guitar

I love this guitar. It’s the perfect size for me and it sounds really good. I’m an adult beginner taking lessons and my instructor recommended Orangewood. He actually suggested I get the less expensive Live model, but when I saw this one for sale I absolutely loved it. I think it’s totally worth the price to have upgraded features as well as tasteful decorative touches like the abalone inlay and gold plated tuners. 🤗 I wish they sold an even more expensive and higher grade junior live model because I plan on upgrading my guitar in about a year after I get really good at playing lol. Maybe by then they will have an even better one this this ❤️
