Breaking strings when trying to change them

I’ve been playing guitar for 20 years. I have never broke a string while changing them. I went through 3 packs of strings, and am not able to get a full set on. The nut has a lot of grooves worn in, this may be the cause. I want a response. I would like to send it to a local guitar center luthier to have it reset, and for you guys to flip the bill for it. I sent an email yesterday but have not received a response.

Every thing I expected very very please with it
So far, I’ve had lots of comments from friends and family about the quality for its price range

Thank you for your review, David!

Good, BUT overbuilt

Over built. No bottom end resonance.
Bridge corner should be rounded off; cuts into my hand.

99.99% Perfect !!!

Other than the delivery fiasco which was probably a mistake by FedEx, the guitar is absolutely wonderful. I have a cutaway dreadnought already and this concert body is more of a mid to high tone range. Plug it in and it really shines. The low end comes to life. And I have no feed back from a larger body guitar. And it sure can sing, the harmonics are tones I’ve never heard before from my current guitar. My only gripe is the quality of bridge pins. Of all things where my palm rubs up and down or slides over the bridge pins as I play I can feel sharp edges on two of them they need to be filed down or replaced. It looks like a plastic bridge pin so I will probably will replace those with some nicer bone pearl inlaid ones to match the rest of the beautiful pearl already in place.
Thank you Orangewood !
