I'm really happy, I received the Sage the same day as a D28. The internals for OW Sage are spot on, plenty of jam there and the strings have nice feel. Customer service and shipment tracking is good.

Best acoustic guitars for the money

I currently have 3 acoustic guitars. I bought an Orangewood in early 2021, the Morgan live. I was delighted because it played so well and sounded good for the low price I paid. This summer I decided to splurge and I bought a Taylor mainly because of their reputation and a friend of mine has one that sounds great. I bought one near their “low” end, but it was still ~ $1k. I like it, but was somewhat disappointed. It sounds slightly better than my Morgan, but it should since it costed over 3 times as much. Last month, I wasn’t in the market for another guitar, but stumbled upon an Orangewood Black Friday special. The exact guitar I wanted was priced VERY well. So I pulled the trigger on a Sage Torrefied Spruce. All solid wood. When I received it (less than a week) I was very delighted. The hard case it came in is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The fit and finish is outstanding and it’s now my best sounding acoustic. It’s the grand auditorium cutaway that I really prefer. Great sound, but not overly bulky like a dreadnought. It plays very well. Only needed a slight tuning. I have six guitars and 90% of the time I grab my Sage. I’m still amazed that I could get this much guitar for such a great price. I’m continually telling my friends and family about it. Thank you Orangewood!

Thank you so much for your review, Kelly! We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your guitar.

Great Value

I have several guitars. One of my acoustics is a Collings. I bought this Sage TS to play with a tuning other than standard. Now it is my go to acoustic. It is lighter than the Collings but the sound is big. And I like the cutout at the high end of the fretboard. This guitar will meet virtually every acoustic players needs. Highly recommended.
