It's priced like and entry level guitar but performs like a mid to high end guitar. This one competes pretty well with my Martin but I'd say it sounds more like a Taylor. I've owned close to 20 acoustic guitars and have played on quite a few more and honestly I'm pretty impressed with this one.
There are a few things I don't like. For example the neck is really smooth and its kinda light.
The action is also impressively low, kinda uncomfortably low for me atleats but I just raised the bridge and its fine now.
All in all it's a solids start for any beginner guitarist and a fun addition to anyone's collection.
I am amazed that it took this long for someone to get music instrument sales right. My guitar arrived, set up perfectly, at an amazing price. I only wish Orangewood would get into solid body electrics. I ordered a second guitar the day after my first arrived. I can't wait to upgrade to the professional models soon.
Received my Morgan Mahogany Live several weeks ago, and can't put it down! Great quality build, and the action was perfect out of the box. My 12 year old daughter is learning guitar along with me, and hasn't complained about sore fingers, even after a couple hours of practice. I may have to buy another one, because I have to pry it out of her hands to get my practice time in, lol
