I bought this guitar as a gift. It played really well and the feel of the guitar is balanced. Great for behinners. The design is on par with some of the best brands and looks are beautiful.

Orangewood has a great customer service, and their responses were quick. I would certainly recommend the higher end models for serious players.

I recently purchased a Rey spruce as my camping/busking guitar. I'm a semi-professional musician and own many high end guitars, mandolins and ukuleles. I also have a background as a music wholesaler so I'm familiar with Chinese and Indonesian guitar manufacturing. The Rey guitar has excellent workmanship. I couldn't find any flaws with it. The tuners are adequate and the sound quality is very good. The neck was straight and didn't need any adjustment. Overall I think this guitar is a great choice for a beginner or someone needing a guitar that they can take camping or for travel. The gig bag is also high quality. I have been very impressed with the product and service. I'm looking forward to playing it for many years.

Customer Service Note: This was the second guitar I had shipped to me. The first one was damaged in shipping and had a fine crack in the top. Orangewood's customer service was excellent and they paid shipping back and returned the replacement in just a few days. No hassle - just great service.

Guitar was delivered this past Friday and I haven’t put it down . I’ve been playing most of my life and for me , this guitar is unbelievable . How I received it setup and of course the price .

Guitar arrived in beautiful condition, not a flaw on it. Action was spot on and easy to play. Love that it comes with a gig bag. Would recommend it for a first guitar purchase.
