Orange wood keeps surprising me with just the quality and overall feel. I love both my guitar and my kit. I recommend Orangewood every time a friend mentions needing an affordable quality acoustic. Also for 20$ the accessory kit is pretty good considering if you bought everything separate you would spend well over 20$.
I’ll be honest, you get what it’s worth. I though $20 was a steal considering capos alone are $20. I’ll start with what I like and then go to what’s ehh. The strap feels great, comfortable, and secure. It’s super easy to adjust, I really like it. The pick holder looks cute on the guitar. The cloth is nice and pretty big. I absolutely love the tuner, it is so easy to use. The chord chart is very nice. With that said, let me go to what I personally did not like. The capo feels really cheap. It does the job, but there are better ones in my opinion. The string winder is very flimsy, I feel like it has no grip, but I’ll come back to do a separate review in a month when I actually use it. And finally, the picks themselves. I’m just not a fan of the shape and the tone they give. They’re good, but they aren’t the ones for me. It’s a great kit overall, but I feel like it’s best for a beginner. If you’re a higher level player, I’d rather buy others.
The accessories kit is well worth $20 dollars.
Will absolutely be buying more orangewood products.
