Hugo Baritone Live

Excellent guitar and is extremely useful for lighter passages. I am a 7/8 string player at heart so it’s wonderful to have all the low notes in a 6 string acoustic setting. If you are interested in this guitar via Andrew Baena’s review on YouTube, I can assure excellent build quality and tuning stability. The fishman pickup does it’s job flawlessly.

Hi I’m David. I live in Mexico City and when bought the guitar I asked my friend Eduardo for his address there in San Diego, so he sent it me the guitar from Tijuana. Honestly I had a higher expectation of the instrument. Basically for two reasons: it doesn’t has enough volume the sound; maybe was planned for connected playing mostly, but i am really needing it. Sorry. The other thing is that the lower strings are hitting the frets so much(I don’t know the word used to describe that in English).

My first acoustic baritone...

I'm loving the low rich tones. I've tuned it B to B, and I recorded my 'Hugo'
the very first day it arrived. So perfect for sonic textures and extra ambience.

Very good for the price

It sounds good and plays well. Certainly a good value.
Raise the price a bit, and add better tuners and nut. The tuners don’t turn smoothly, and the strings bind on the nut a bit.
