Everything I would expect in a much more expensive guitar

I hope Orangewood continues this approach to the market which makes their guitars affordable without compromising quality. I am very pleased with my purchase. It can be a little intimidating buying a guitar online not ever having touched it or played one. I bought mine because of the reviews on your product. There are some very respected guitarist out there that continually say the same thing about your guitars that they are wonderful instruments especially at the prices that you come in at.
Thank you

Happy Customer

The build quality of the Ava is amazing and the sound is great. I don’t think there is a guitar of this quality and price anywhere else. Orangewood is a great company and have done a great job. 👍🏼

Great Instrument for singer-songwriter!

DISCLAIMER: I bought my Ava Mahogany second hand on Reverb, so in THIS instance I can't speak to the customer service, or even to their set-up (no idea if the private seller tweaked things or not). That being said, I know from past experience that OW really does have great CS and the set up they send their guitars out with really is pretty good, considering their shipping business model.

Now... this is a great guitar. I work in a guitar shop, and I immediately had the Ava set up for mediums. Although it took us some time to find the sweet spot for the neck for my playing style, it outplays most of the lower to mid-level Martins I see in the shop, and does so handily. The ONLY complaints I could possibly apply to it are that the neck has been finicky for us to position like I said, and that the bridge pins are pretty darn tight in mine (not fun when changing strings), but those are definitely manageable, and may not be the case for every Ava. The guitar tech I've been learning from had nothing but high praise for its sound and playability. The L.R. Baggs pickup is incredible, and the case it all comes in is really great quality as well. AND to cap it all, the thing is gorgeous! Grover tuners, herringbone inlay, simple, vintage inspired design, what's not to love? This is absolutely my go-to gigging instrument from now on!
